Sarah is the Director and Founder of Alinea Health Co, bringing over 10 years of experience working with children, young people, and adults across Australia and internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours – Dean’s Commendation) and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Intervention. Sarah is highly skilled in functional capacity assessments, assistive technology recommendations and intervention across a range of medical, physical and developmental diagnoses. 

Her practice is grounded in evidence-based, person-centred care, with a focus on understanding each individual’s strengths, challenges, routines, and support network. Sarah is known for her warm communication style, strong clinical reasoning, and ability to deliver high-quality, NDIS-compliant reporting that supports long-term outcomes. She works closely with families, educators, support coordinators, and allied health teams to ensure her recommendations are practical, meaningful, and easily integrated into home, school, and community life.
